Hand built in Germany, Sandberg basses are incredible basses that are incredibly popular due to their tonal versatility and brilliant playability. Loaded with a MM style humbucker in the bridge position and a split P in the neck, the tones are HUGE and varied. Swing from classic retro tones to highly focused modern tones and everything inbetween. Active 2 band preamp, switchable to passive, there are loads of tones available at your fingertips to expand the possibilities and to "cover all basses". We love this configuration, its very hard to beat. 

Classic tone woods round this instrument out with an Alder body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard, you get those beautiful warm tones as a foundation to which you can push and adjust to get this instrument to deliver your own voice. It is simply one of the most versatile instruments on the market.
